Professor Kieran Clarke (Founder)
Kieran is Professor of Physiological Biochemistry and British Heart
Foundation Principal Scientist at the University of Oxford. Prior to this
appointment she was Group Leader at the National Research Council and
lecturer in the Department of Physiology at Ottawa University in Canada.Kieran has over 25 years research experience on cardiac function and energy metabolism and has extensively studied the effects of diet on energy metabolism in heart, skeletal muscle and brain, and thereby on physical performance and cognitive function. Through this work Kieran has collaborated over many years with Professor Richard Veech at the NIH in the USA.
Recognising the potential value of this pioneering research, Kieran founded TΔS in 2006.

Crispin Simon (Chairman)
After spells with NM Rothschild, McKinsey, Rexam and Smith & Nephew, Crispin was Chief Executive of Biocompatibles International plc until its sale to BTG plc in early 2011. Crispin is also Chairman of OBS Medical, a Non-executive Director of Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust and a Trustee of Alive & Kicking.
Harry Fitzgibbons
Since 1987 Harry Fitzgibbons has been Managing Director of Top Technology Ventures(“TTV”), a manager of early stage technology venture capital investments in the UK which he established with Hambros Bank. Prior to the creation of TTV Harry was responsible for developing and monitoring Hambros’ venture investments, among which was a founding stake in Vodafone. A TTV fund was also an early shareholder in IP Group and TTV has been the source of early stage finance for a number of successful British quoted technology companies. Harry served as a director of Johnson Matthey for 12 years and has been on the boards of several other technology businesses in the UK and abroad. He was educated at Harvard College, Trinity College Oxford and Harvard Law School and was an officer in the U.S. Army Special Forces and the Department of State prior to joining Lehman Brothers in New York and then Hambros in London.Professor Graham Richards CBE
Graham is a non-executive director of TdeltaS. Graham has just retired from the University of Oxford where he was chairman of the chemistry department. His research field is computer aided drug design. He is the author of over 350 research papers and 16 books and has won numerous prizes. Graham was the scientific founder of Oxford Molecular PLC and of Inhibox Ltd. Graham is also a non-executive director of IP Group created following the deal he did to fund the £60m investment in Oxford’s chemistry laboratory.
